Presentation Binders – the Best of Two Worlds
A binder-folder hybrid that holds your materials with style!
Presentation binders are a fantastic solution when you want an economical, printed binder for your information pieces. They are basically a pocket folder with rings, so you will oftentimes hear people refer to them as 3-ring folders, paperboard binders or ring folders. Made from sturdy paperboard, these presentation binders weigh less than a full cased and lined binder, making it easier to transport them. Plus, they can be customized to your specific needs.
These flexible customization options make ring folders especially great for the medical industry or conferences, meetings and trade shows. They are ideal when you might have information pieces that everyone needs, but also allow the option of organizing variable components with your materials. Matching tab dividers make it even more convenient to navigate through your content.
Design options
Presentation binders offer the complete design flexibility with full color graphics inside and out. Even if you are only printing on the outside, your branding can extend to the inside of your binder through the optional pockets that fold in. Adding lamination provides extra protection for your graphics and increases the durability of your paperboard binder. Lamination is available in gloss, natural matte and D&K Soft Touch. Spot UV and varnish are other great options to make your design stand out!
